1. 1. Booking Process: To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via bank transfer.
   2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 21 days of the tour start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
   3. Changes to Bookings: Changes to booking dates or itineraries are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Requests for changes must be made at least 14 days before the tour start date.
   4. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
   5. Responsibility: Bababora Tours and Safaris acts only as a tour operator and accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour. Participants are responsible for their health and safety.
   6. Health and Fitness: Participants should be in good health and have a reasonable level of fitness to undertake the tours. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements before booking.
   7. Photographs: We reserve the right to share or post photographs taken during the tour for business purposes and to create trust for new tourists, even if they depict your face.
   8. Force Majeure: Bababora Tours and Safaris reserves the right to cancel or alter tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of God.
   9. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for booking purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
   10. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania and any disputes will be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
